Template:Character Infobox Orna 'Fulsamee was a Sangheili Shipmaster who commanded an unidentified Covenant destroyer during the Human-Covenant War.[1]

Background

'Fulsamee had a genuine hatred of humans, especially towards their cavalier naming of Covenant vessels, species, etc. which he found disrespectful. To 'Fulsamee, names were very important and humans were not "worthy" enough to be naming things. However, 'Fulsamee appeared to be subtly unhappy with the war against the humans, as he felt that his race should "aspire to more" than overzealous fanatic warfare.[1]

It seems that 'Fulsamee also harbored a secret disdain for the Prophets, at one point commenting that his Prophet supervisor reminded him of the rodents he hunted in his childhood.[1] 'Fulsamee also found the Prophet of Stewardship's assistant, Minor Bako 'Ikaporamee, to be very annoying, as Bako acted as if he were higher than 'Fulsamee by using "we" (referring to the Prophet's decision) rather than "them".[1]

Biography

As of the 9th Age of Reclamation (or 2552 UNSC time), 'Fulsamee was the Shipmaster of a Covenant destroyer in the Fleet of Particular Justice.

During the opening stages of the Battle of Installation 04, the Prophet of Stewardship was aboard 'Fulsamee's vessel. 'Fulsamee wanted to open fire on the Pillar of Autumn by using plasma torpedoes, but the Prophet forbade it, saying that a stray plasma bolt could hit the ring. Instead, 'Fulsamee was told to send boarding craft to attack the human ship.[1] However, the Prophet's order was ignored by the fleet's Supreme Commander Thel 'Vadamee and the fleet opened fire on the Autumn.[2]

Trivia

Some fans initially believed 'Fulsamee was the Shipmaster of the Truth and Reconciliation due to the presence of the Prophet of Stewardship on his ship, despite the fact his ship was stated to be a destroyer as opposed to a battlecruiser. In Halo: The Essential Visual Guide, the Shipmaster of the Truth and Reconciliation was revealed to be Lat 'Ravamee.[3]
