This heavy wheeled vehicle (suggested to be called the "Mammoth" [1]) used by the United Nations Space Command. It is much larger than the M313 Elephant, a heavy recovery vehicle with a similar role that was used throughout the Human-Covenant War by the UNSC Marine Corps.
Background
It is a six-wheeled (6x6) vehicle and presumably fills a role very similar to the Marine Corps' M313 Elephant as a dual-role command and support and heavy recovery vehicle. Albeit much larger, it features an internal bay used to store and deploy much smaller vehicles such as the M12 Warthog light reconnaissance vehicle and the M274 Mongoose all terrain vehicle which can exit the vehicle through a ramp at the front.
