He recognised the [[Master Chief]] to be [[SPARTAN-117]] as soon as they first met on board the [[Longsword]] the Chief had escaped the destruction of [[Installation 04]] in. Summary
First Lieutenant Elias Haverson was of ONI and appeared in Halo: First Strike. He recognised the Master Chief to be SPARTAN-117 as soon as they first met on board the Longsword the Chief had escaped the destruction of Installation 04 in. He would die when aiding Admiral Whitcomb in luring Covenant starships near to Unyielding Hierophant so as to reduce the Covenant forces headed for Earth.
