This article is about the Halo 3, Halo 3:ODST and Halo: Reach medal. For the Halo 2 medal, see Overkill Medal.
The Killtacular Medal (also called Kill Frenzy in Halo 2) is a multiplayer, campaign and firefight medal awarded for killing 5 opponents within 4 seconds of each other.
It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 8 (out of 10). It is represented by a silver circle with 5 purple stars. When a player gets this medal the announcer will shout "Killtacular!" to the player that received this medal.
Trivia
- Earning this medal in a Halo 3 matchmaking game on a Mythic map will unlock the Killtacular achievement. An easy way to do this is to play Grifball on Sandbox.
- It is the only multiplier medal which has the stars upside down.
- Earning this medal in matchmaking unlocks the Jorge's helmet avatar award.
