The Parthenon was a bar in Sydney, Australia that was Emanuel Barakat's favorite. It was destroyed during the Battle of Earth. Before Barakat's death, his friends Malcolm Geffen and Vasily Beloi promised, should he be killed, that they would visit his favorite bar if they ever passed through Sydney. In 2553, Mal and Vaz arrived at Sydney, only to find the Parthenon reduced to a pile of rubble. With no alcohol, they paid their respects while drinking fruit juice borrowed from construction workers. Mal said Emanuel would see the funny side of that.[1]
Trivia
