The father of Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting was a powerful Forerunner Builder. He and his guild designed the Halo Array under the orders of the Master Builder.[1] Standing four meters tall after his most recent mutation, Bornstellar noted that he bore a disturbing resemblance to the Master Builder.[2]
At some point in his life, he had served as an advisor for the Council.[3] After the Master Builder was placed on trial for using a Halo against the San 'Shyuum, he and his guild faced interdiction for designing the Halo weapon.[4]
