Carlos Wambua was a civilian man working as an attendant at a toll booth at the Mtangwe Underpass in New Mombasa. He was killed by a Covenant Scarab during the Battle of Earth. He never tried to escape, and Cortana speculated he was transfixed with terror. Though he married, his wife died before him, and left him with three adult children.[1]
