Portable aid stations are Covenant technology.[1] They are described as octagonal boxes, and contain a variety of medical equipment including, but not limited, to restraining bands and Sealant Mesh.
After the battle in Utgard, Maccabeus used the equipment in a portable aid station to help treat Licinus's wounds.[1]
