- This map is expected to be released with Assembly, Sandbox, Orbital , Longshore, and Heretic in the Mythic Map Pack.
- This map contains a hidden skull. Locating the skull earns the player the 'Citadel Skull' achievement.Template:Fact
- This map is rumoured to be a Forerunner map because of the Forerunner symbol on the Citadel Skull achievementTemplate:Fact
- This map could be based on the end of the level The Covenant as where Truth attempts to activate the Halos from is called "The Citadel".
- There is some speculation that this map is modeled after one of the towers that the Master Chief disabled during the Campaign level The Covenant.
