Commander Arthur Resnick was the commander of the frigate UNSC Ready or Not during the Human-Covenant War. He was on a routine patrol of the 18 Scorpii System when Lieutenant Jacob Keyes arrived in system on the UNSC Midsummer Night with the Exodus asteroid carrying refugees from The Rubble.[1]
