Template:Ratings Ledge jumping is a technique present in Halo 3. It is sometimes considered a glitch. If a player jumps right as they run off of the edge of a surface, they will go farther.
Instructions
Run over an edge without stopping. Rather then jumping just at the edge, wait a fraction of a second, then jump and continue moving forward. You should jump just after falling off the edge.
