Didn't Get To Second Base is an achievement in Halo Wars that is unlocked when you don't claim an extra base for your forces in mission 14. [1]
The achievement's name comes from Baseball terminology, though could also be a reference to "getting to second base", meaning to sexually grope a woman under the shirt. [2]
