This Unidentified Chieftain was a Jiralhanae of the Covenant Empire who led military forces on a world located along supply route [1].
The Babysitter
He tried to kill O'brien, an ODST, but was stopped by Cal, the Spartan sent to assanate a Prophet. He was pushed off a waterfall, but didn't die. He later attacked Cal, and killed her. He was then assaulted by the ODSTs, and Dutch shot him in the face.
