Description

The Anti-Vehicle Barrier is a wall of plasma energy used to stop vehicles and weapons, much like a shield door, except on a larger scale. It bears a resemblance to a Deployable Cover and the generator is the same as the Halo 3 Anti-Vehicle Barrier. important to place troops behind the barrier to protect it. it can give you time to increase your defenses and forces. better to make after a certain period of time. Used by the Covenant, it was first seen in use on Harvest and on the Tsavo Highway, to prevent UNSC forces from reaching Voi. On the level Relic Approach in halo wars, there were 2 warthogs behind it

Trivia

• It's only effective in halting vehicles and projectiles: a soldier on foot can traverse it harmlessly.
• It can be taken down by a Wraith shot if you hit it in a specific spot.
• How this barrier works is uncertain. If it blocks a certain kind of metal, it should also block Spartans.
• A shield door om Halo 3 can act as a Anti-Vehicle Barrier. They will cause vehicles to harmlessly bounce off. Projectiles disinigrate when they hit them.
