Caleb-095 was a candidate for the SPARTAN-II supersoldier program.[1]
Biography
Early Childhood
He was born May 16, 2511 in Newport on Luyten 726-8. He grew up in Old Willem on Luyten. During some point in his childhood he suffered a head injury due to a farming accident. This would later lead to an intuitive behavior that some would call "pre-cognition". He was never found during the attempted abduction. Halsey blamed this on failings in the mission, outright denouncing the pre-cognition rumour.
