The M12R Light Anti-Armor Vehicle, abbreviated as M12R LAAV and commonly referred to as the Rocket Warthog, is a UNSC ground vehicle.[2][3] It is a variant of the M12 Force Application Vehicle.
Overview
The M12R Warthog is almost exactly the same as the standard M12 FAV, except for a one difference:
- It is armed with a M79 Multiple Launch Rocket System.
Trivia
- As seen in Red vs. Blue Halo: Reach PSA: Deja View[4] as well as several earlier leaks,[5] a Warthog equipped with two missile launchers is featured in Halo: Reach. It fires six 62 mm rockets per volley every two to three seconds.
