The Centennial Orbital Elevator Control, abbreviated COE Control, was responsible for managing the Space Elevator of the same name. In early November 2552, during the Battle of Earth, COE Control sent reports that Covenant forces were invading the facility, however, soon all contact with them was lost.[1]
