Template:Covenant Character Infobox Chur'R-Yar is the Kig-Yar Shipmistress of the Covenant missionary vessel Minor Transgression [1]. She had light yellow skin and ruby-red eyes. She is apparently at a higher rank than Zealots, as is shown when she commanded one to report back to the ship.

- Chur'R-Yar is notable as the first female Covenant character ever mentioned in the Halo series.
