Is this going by traditional continents or todays? I mean today there are 6 continents, but "traditionaly" there are 7. Asia of the traditional, has since joined with Europe to form the super continent "Eurasia" (it's cos they're mostly on the same plate).[[User:Forerunner|Forerunner]] 22:14, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

This really needs to be pared down to just the Halo-relevant stuff. Also maybe something about the unexplained Earth tradition of naming military hardware after African animals. --68.44.13.236 17:34, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

I think your getting the naming scheme confused. Its named after animals from a multitude of countires. Warthog: Multiple countires, Scorpion: Multiple countires, Elephant: Multiple countires, Mongoose: India, Hornet: Multiple countires etc --Ajax 013 19:49, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
