Hellomyname Keyes is an Easter Egg on the level Truth and Reconciliation in Halo: Combat Evolved, you will need to save your sniper rifle until you save Captain Keyes. Zoom in 10x and if you look closely at the name tag on Capt. Keyes, you will see above it, says HELLOMYNAME then below it KEYES.
Hellomyname Keyes is an Easter Egg found on Captain Keyes' suit. You'll find that it says HELLO MY NAME than below it another patch that says KEYES. You can see it using a 2x pistol in Pillar of Autumn, or a 2x/8xPC/10x sniper rifle in Truth and Reconciliation, or in Halo Map Tools (more accurate). To find it in Halo Map tools, go to Bitmap and it's the first one (capn_patches_decal).
