The Traxus Heavy Industries is a company most likely based on Earth. Not much is known about it,[1] other than its name.

In Halo 3, Traxus has been seen on the cargo crates similar to the way COBB Industries was referenced on crates in Halo 2. Based on these appearances, it is probably some form of shipping or transport company or perhaps manufacturing. - This could be a reference to Traxus IV, an AI that went rampant in the Marathon series.
- The word TRAXUS appears on a building in the teaser trailer for Halo 3: ODST, and the logo appears on some buildings in the game its self.
