Go up the elevator and Laser the chieftain (THIS IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO!!!!!!). Zoom and see if he dropped invincibility, if yes assassinate everyone with cloaking on. Start with your BR and destroy the Covenant in front of you. Move up, and kill the turrets with grenades (or very precisely placed shots). Kill the Chieftain in a melee duel, then board and destroy the AA Wraith. This should not be very difficult on Normal or Heroic. On Legendary you will probably need to use the two lasers. | |||
Get in that Warthog with your FULLY CHARGED laser. See if you can give your Marine passenger the Fuel Rod Gun dropped by the Brute Chieftain. Make sure to move inland as quickly as possible--there are Banshees out over the water, and those are no fun. | |||
When you get all the way up the hill, Drive around. Don't go too close to the tower entrance or you will trigger a pair of Prowlers, and you're not ready to deal with those yet. Just soften the Covenant up. Park your 'Hog in a secure location (one where the Wraith can't hit it easily) and lacerate the Wraith with your red beam of death. Kill that turret. Now trigger the Prowlers. They should be very easy to kill with the laser. Very easy indeed. Now--give the laser to a Marine. Pick up a Shotgun, and head into the tower, busting heads as you go. When you get up the elevator, try to lower the Chieftain's shields as much as possible right from the get-go. Do not attempt to laser him, he will simply go Invincible and you will waste a shot. Kill the Brutes and deactivate the tower. When you are finished, go back and recover your laser (preferably give the Marine your shotgun--there'll be more where that came from). Drive back down to the beach and prepare for some airborne ownage. | |||
