The Unnamed UNSC Navy Officer is a Captain in the UNSC Navy.[1]
Background
In 2552, the Captain was the commanding officer of the UNSC Special Warfare Center in Seongnam, Korea. There he monitored reservist SPARTAN-062's progress on testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI battle armor for the SPARTAN-IIs.[1]
Trivia
- As for physical appearance, he seems like he is a native of Eastern Asia and is in his late-40's to early-50's.
