The Unnamed UNSC Navy Officer is a Captain in the UNSC Navy, he was responsible for the testing of John-117's MJOLNIR Mk.VI Battle Armor in Songnam, South Korea.
Background
The Captain, was the Commanding Officer of the UNSC Special Warfare Center in Songnam, South Korea. There he monitored reservist, SPARTAN-062's progress on testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI Battle Armor for the SPARTAN-IIs.
Trivia
- It seems like the Captain and SPARTAN Maria-062 have known or worked with each other in the past. Possibly during the beginning phases of the SPARTAN-II Project.
- As for physical appearance, he seems like he's a native of Eastern Asia and is in his late-40's to early-50's.
