{{Oppose}} I haven't seen him act in a way meriting of Op status, he's rarely on as much as some of the other ops, and he barely even has a grasp of IRC know how and knowledge. Most people who use CGI:IRC know very little; a massive generalisation, I know, and I'm not opposing this ''just'' because he uses CGI, but because he's not on enough, isn't operator material, and doesn't have a sufficient grasp of IRC concepts. Oh, and it's definitely unnecessary with all the other people running.
