CQB Armor.
CQB Armor[1], officially known as Close Quarters Battle Armor, is a type of United Nations Space Command ground infantry body armor.
Not much is known about the armor except it will be an armor variant in Halo 3 multiplayer.
Bungie has confirmed all of the armor permutations have no effect on gameplay. Due to the mix and match nature of CQB armor this may or may not be the full set of CQB armor.
Trivia
- The CQB helmet bears some similarity to the ODST helmet in the visor but is shorter and the cheek guards are not as rounded. Also the upper arm armor is similar to the ODST concept art. Due to mix and match armor style, the ODST armor may be a separate armor set in Halo 3.[2]

This CQB Armor bears the EVA chest plate and shoulder pads, which speculates that you can customize your Spartan from head to toe in Halo 3.
