A vast amount of weaponry can be found across the Halo universe, whether it be on Campaign or Multiplayer. This weaponry may include guns, ammunition, armour and turrets.
Brief summary of weaponry
- Many weapons can be found in Halo 1, including plasma weapons used by the Covenant. Exceptions to the famous plasma weaponry of the covenant are the Carbine and the Needler. The needler fires needle-like projectiles that for some reason homes in on it's targets.
- Human weaponry fires bullets. In Halo 1, some human weapons include the Assault rifle, the shotgun, the sniper rifle and the rocket launcher.
- Other weaponry may include Sentinel Beams, which are attached to sentinels, machines created by the ancient race of the Forerunners.
- Several turret types can be found, including those fixed onto vehicles. These vehicles may include Scarabs and Warthogs.
- In Halo 2, the ability to dual-wield weapons was introduced. However, it is only possible to dual-wield weapons that are held in one hand, like the Plasma Rifle.
