The Killing Frenzy Medal is awarded for killing 10 opponents in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 7 (out of 10). This is represented by a gold 5-sided star with a green target in the middle. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Killing Frenzy!". In Halo 2, this medal was called Running Riot.
