Perfection is a medal awarded in Halo 3 Multiplayer for winning a slayer game with 15 kills or more without dying or betraying a teammate; as a note, however, you do not need to get a Running Riot, just 15 kills, this is good news if the game selects a new host and has reset your spree (which it does do).
