Death from the Grave is a multiplayer medal awarded in Halo 3 for killing an opponent after the player has died. The medal is not awarded immediately after the player has died; there is a brief waiting time between the player's death and the death of the opponent the player killed.

The "Death from the Grave" medal in Halo: Reach.
It is represented by a platinum eight-pointed star with a face without a mouth in the center of the star.
