Trivia

• The achievement "Go Ape Shiv" is a play on words of the commonly used phrase "Go Ape Shit".
• The achievement "Vigilante" was remade in Halo 3 as the Killjoy Medal. Also in Halo 3, you will get an achievement for getting a killjoy medal in any Mythic map, during any ranked or social match.
• The achievement "Demon" is also the name of a Halo 3 achievement for getting 15,000 points while playing the meta-game on Crow's Nest.
• The achievement "Violent Cartographer" is a reference to Halo CE mission called "The Silent Cartographer".
• These are the first achievements in any Halo game.
• The icon for "Hired Gun" bears a striking resemblance to the logo for the Mythic Map Pack.
• The achievement "Sacred Icon" is the only campaign level achievement in which the picture does not depict the head of a character or infantry, instead showing the Index.
