Habitat Alpha is a generic UNSC term for one of the quarter sections of an Orbital Defense Platform.
Cairo Station Habitat Alpha
Cairo Station Habitat Alpha was invaded by the Covenant during the boarding action but the Marine forces were unable to hold the line, so Lord Hood ordered a full Marine squad to repel the intruders. The Covenant forces were killed when Spartan-117 fought through the area.[1]
