Mako, or MAKO, is a term used twice within the Halo universe referred to the United Nations Space Command:
- UNSC Mako-class Corvette - a light naval warship reputed to be one of the fastest in the UNSC Navy
- MAKO Drone - an unmanned aerial drone armed with one heavy rocket for ground engagements
