When split into smaller groups, Red Team ended up being Alpha Team, Beta Team, Gamma Team, and Delta Team. It is possible that since this is most likely the first ground engagement between the [[Covenant]] and the [[UNSC]].

Background

They first appear at the end of the Halo Wars Announcement Trailer. They seem to be equipped with MJOLNIR Mk IV Battle Armor with an external plate on the right shoulder. They are also armed with BR55HB SR Battle Rifles.
