BLACK WIDOW Commnication Satellites (COMSATs for short) were a type of mobile satellite used by UNSC prowlers, like the Dusk. BLACK WIDOWs could be deployed anywhere and would act as carriers for messages, effectively making them mobile COMSats. [1]
