Base Segundo Terra was a UNSC military base located near Mexico City on the North American continent of Earth. Segundo Terra was a major facility for the UNSCDF of the region.

In 2552, during the Second Battle of Earth, Blue Team (Frederic-104, Linda-058, and William-043) used this base as a staging point to attack the Covenant incursions on Havana and the Yucatan Peninsula.[1]
