Camp New Hope was a facility located on the UNSC colony world Victoria, in the 111 Tauri System. It was a base of operations for the United Rebel Front. It had an extensive defense system, motion and seismic detectors, a triple layering of guards, Warthog APCs, trained dogs, and MAKO Drones.[1]
In 2531, the rebels stole several FENRIS Nuclear Warheads and stashed them here. A team of five Spartan-IIs was sent in and captured the Nukes, in the process killing General Howard Graves, a URF leader. It is unclear what became of the base since then.
