In the books the naval officers and Marine officers were the same rank Insignias just look at Captain Keyes's Medals on this site and in the first strike book the master chief see First Lieutenant Elias Haverson rank Insignia and salutes him--[[User:Ryanngreenday|Ryanngreenday]] 10:01, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
