A Private is a soldier of the lowest military rank in the UNSC Marine corps. Just below Private First Class. A Marine Corps Private wears no uniform insignia. Most new, non-officer marines begin their military careers as Privates. A Private's only duty is to obey the orders of their commanding officers to the best of their abillites.
