We have no way to be sure the ship in Origins is the Odyssey. They showed a lot of things (mainly during the Human-Covenant war) in non-chronological order so that could be any other ship. One would think the Odyssey would stand out from the other ships in some way, seeing it was supposedly top of the line at the time. The one in the picture looks identical to the others, and looks more like a frigate than a colony ship. Plus, it was never stated that the Odyssey was the first slipspace-capable human ship, only that it was the first interstellar colony ship. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 17:15, March 9, 2010 (UTC) | |||

Is there a source on the "UNSC" at the title? If it was a colony ship, it would make sense for the Odyssey to be a civilian vessel and thus, without the "UNSC" ship prefix. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 19:51, July 18, 2010 (UTC) | Is there a source on the "UNSC" at the title? We have no way to be sure the ship in Origins is the Odyssey. They showed a lot of things (mainly during the Human-Covenant war) in non-chronological order so that could be any other ship. One would think the Odyssey would stand out from the other ships in some way, seeing it was supposedly top of the line at the time. The one in the picture looks identical to the others, and looks more like a frigate than a colony ship. Plus, it was never stated that the Odyssey was the first slipspace-capable human ship, only that it was the first interstellar colony ship. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 17:15, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
UNSC vessel?
Is there a source on the "UNSC" at the title? If it was a colony ship, it would make sense for the Odyssey to be a civilian vessel and thus, without the "UNSC" ship prefix. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 19:51, July 18, 2010 (UTC)
