In [[Halo: Ghosts of Onyx]], [[Commander Richard Lash]] is second in command of the [[UNSC]] ''[[Dusk]]''. His XO, is [[Lieutenant Commander Julian Waters]] ([[Halo: Ghosts of Onyx]] page 186). In Halo: Ghosts of Onyx, Commander Richard Lash is second in command of the UNSC Dusk. His XO, is Lieutenant Commander Julian Waters (Halo: Ghosts of Onyx page 186).
