The Ratification Parley is a document created by the Covenant High Council of Concordance. No other parts of it are known about this document, but one excerpt. [1]
What hope has this alliance

The Parley makes apparent references to the Covenant beliefs in The Great Journey, as well as the Covenant Holy City of High Charity.
