However, its primary role in combat is to dispatch singleship starfighters and other smaller ships, and it boasts thirty-six Seraph fighters, three capital medium dropships, and thirty-six dropships.

It has been hypothesized that since the Covenant Carrier is longer than the Covenant Cruiser and it much more uncommon, it is a more powerful warship overall.
