The Seeker of Truth was the Flagship of the Covenant Fleet of Particular Justice. Interestingly, it was originally the Ascendant Justice that led the Fleet. It is possible that the Ascendant Justice would have been used as a secondary Flagship in case the Seeker of Truth is destroyed. This makes it possible that one or more of the Flagships was a secondary vessel to the Supreme Commander. Then, the Supreme Commander of the Fleet commandeered the mysterious Flagship during the campaign at Reach and later, Installation 04. The future Arbiter would later use it to return back to High Charity after Installation 04 was destroyed.

Speculation

The class this vessel belongs to is unknown. However, since it carries some very important Covenant personnel, like the Supreme Commander of the Fleet and a consistent number of Special forces Officers and troops, it is undoubtedly a powerful ship, like a Supercruiser or an Assault Carrier.

Trivia

  • This ship probably didn't join the rest of the Fleet during the Battle of Reach. Instead it helped the remaining forces in the chase for the Pillar of Autumn.
  • In the I Love Bees Halo 2 endorsement saga, there was a Covenant AI entitled the Seeker, who had a credo: "Seek the truth, behold the truth, reveal the truth. That is the law, and the whole of the law." Any significance of this quote is up to an individuals analysis.
