Jennifer Lee Taylor, commonly referred to as Jen Taylor, is an American voice actress who provides the voice of Cortana in Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3, and Catherine Elizabeth Halsey in Halo: Reach. She was born on February 17, 1973 in Seattle, Washington, USA.
