Miguel Ferrer is an American actor. Though born as a naturalized American citizen in Santa Monica, California, he has Puerto Rican ancestry. He voiced Sesa 'Refumee, the Heretic leader, in Halo 2.
He has also made numerous appearances in many sci-fi and reality television shows and movies, including Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
