A way to make the Arbiter Drop Dead on The Great Journey is to go to the bottom floor of the Control Room when fighting Tartarus. Crouch down, and Arbiter will drop dead. This is because you touch the death barrier used to keep players out of area's similar with invisible walls or elastic barriers.
