Were you looking for a member of the Bungie team called Joy Easley?

Major Easley was a UNSC Marine officer fighter/bomber pilot of an C709 Longsword Interceptor. He was stationed at Earth during the Battle of Earth in October 2552.

In the E3 Demo, during the Battle of Earth, Sergeant Banks radioed him in to help the Master Chief to destroy the Covenant heavy artillery. He piloted his Longsword interceptor into the area and destroyed the artillery piece. [1]
