Were you looking for a member of the Bungie team called Joy Easley?

Major Easley was a UNSC UNSC Marine officer that was a pilot of an C709 Longsword Interceptor. He was stationed at Earth during the First Battle of Earth in October 2552.

In the E3 Demo, during The First Battle of Earth, Sergeant Banks radioed him in to help the Master Chief to destroy the Covenant heavy artillery. He piloted his Longsword interceptor into the area and destroyed the artillery piece. [1]

Trivia

  • Though he was featured in the E3 2003 Halo 2 Demonstration, he was not a character in the final retail version.
  • The Marine is named after a member of the Bungie staff called Joy Easley.
