Template:Ship The Laden-class Freighter is a human-designed freighter class. Three freighters of this classification were used by the Eridanus Rebels as part of their improvised fleet. They were used to tow the damaged hybrid vessel Ascendant Justice/Gettysburg back to Eridanus Secundus for repairs. [1]
One Laden-class freighter was used by Master Chief in the book Halo:First Strike to destroy the Unyielding Hierohant. It utilized a captured covenant dropship (that was reinforced with lead to protect from radiation) to escape from slipspace and land on the Unyielding Hierophant.
